Case forms and important documentation
We often require more information before we can advise you, and we cannot offer representation unless you provide a completed case form, with details of your issue.
If your employer is not the West Suffolk NHS Trust, we do not have capacity or protected time to represent you, and the Unison Regional office cannot offer representation until you are in a formal process, so we would not be able to attend investigatory meetings, which are deemed to be informal fact-finding meetings.
